Follow these simple steps to create a custom-fitted dental guard in just minutes. Adjusting your dental guard:
What you need:
Water
Metal spoon or fork
Ceramic plate
Pot (if using a stove) or ceramic cup (if using a microwave)
Clock with a second hand
Mirror
Scissors
Test fitting: Before you begin boiling the water, conduct a test fitting.
Place the dental guard on your upper teeth and bite down
Make sure that the "v" notch is centered in the middle of your two front teeth. If it extends pas your back
molars and feels uncomfortable, you will need to trim it
