    Description

    Vintage handmade Zapotec wool runner rug from Pueblo of Teotitian del Valle, Oaxaca, Mexico. Authentic hand woven by artisanos on traditional handloom using techniques passed down through centuries. All natural dyes. Soft wool densely woven in geometric design. 65" x 32" including fringe, 59" x 32" without. Weight: Approximately 3 pounds, 4 ounces.Excellent condition, clean, no fading, holes or tears. Fringe intact except a few strands in one corner. Dominant colors: navy, red, white. Made in Mexico. C. Approximately 1970's or 1980's.
