    Description

    Offered here is a Rare well preserved finely woven Antique circa 1930s wool Mexican Serape Saltillo Blanket. This is a very large blanket measuring 62" by 90" not including the 4" hand tied fringe on each end. This serape has every color in the rainbow and is beautifully hand woven wool with a grey stripe.
    I have shown both sides in the photos and with a dime coin so you can see how tight and perfect the weave is on this blanket.
    This serape is in great vintage condition. There are no holes or moth damage. This fine old blanket has been safely stored folded for years in a cedar chest.
    If you need additional information just ask. This is truly a fine and huge antique serape.
    I see no soiling or damage but you may want to have it professionally cleaned before use. I am sure the new owner will be most pleased.
