From my personal collection I am offering this original helmet from the Imperial pre-World War I pickelhaube era in Germany. After some research, I discovered that this helmet was part of a Fire Brigade Unit (Deutscher Feuerwehrverband) at the service of the Imperial house. The front bronze/brass plate reads in German: “Einer für alles, Alles für einen” which in English translates as: “One for all, All for one”.
It is a rare helmet in superb condition considering is almost 150 years old and preserved in a museum quality state ready to be proudly displayed. Please carefully review and check out all photos, feel free to ask me any questions.
