Problem Solving
Prepare Necessary Tools
STEP 1: Prepare enough hot water by boiling water in a pot.
STEP 2: Once the water boils, you can remove the pot from the heat.
STEP 3: Open the package and place the dental guard inside the pot or bowl you are using.
STEP 4: Soak it fully in the hot water for 20~25 seconds. Please use a timer to time the duration precisely.

STEP 5: Take the dental guard out of the hot water with some tool. Be careful as it is going to be hot!
Cool the Mouth Guard
STEP 6: As soon as you remove the dental guard from the pot, place it in cold water for 2-3 seconds.
STEP 7: Immediately place the dental guard over your upper teeth.
STEP 8: Bite into the dental guard, and press it onto your teeth with your fingers.
STEP 9: Once a good mold is achieved, place the tooth guard in cold water again to fully harden it.
