    Description

    Mexican Zapotec Rug
Only for connoisseurs, the item listed is a beautiful and original Zapotec rug. This piece of art was hand woven
with high quality wool fibers. The rug portraits the Zapotec fretwork (grecas) that tourists can witness at the walls of
Mitla's archaeological site. As well, the design depicts the candles of Juchitan along both sides of the rug, and the
    different
family generations or ancestry. Some colors are made of plants, like the cempasuchil or Marygold.
This precious rug can be used as a floor mat or as a wall decoration.
