    Still attached to the Ektra Synch (with cracked cord insulations),  This ultra rare accessory comes with an M series bayonet  base to screw mount bulb adapter, and a blue plastic bulb shield / converter.
    Also Included is its beautifull, plg skin leather pouch.
    Impossible to fnd now at any price, this will help complete your EKTRA collection, as it did mine.
