Small Brushed Goldtone Pepsi Desk Clock. Condition is Used. About 1 5/8 inches square, use as pocketwatch or twist out bar allows desktop placement. Minor evidence of wear, small blemish at about 10 o'clock on the face ( removal of movement from case may allow cleaning of blemish),  Swiss/Japanese parts assembled in China, not running & probably needs new battery.
