Asrock 990fx+fx9590+coolermastet v10 probably faulty

Combo containing motherboard Asrock 990fx extreme 9+
Cpu amd fx 9590 4.7 ghz octacore+
Coolermaster v10 cpu cooler.
Motherboard shows error 78 (chipset error).
Pulled out of working machine but after that many times boot to bios normally other times just shut down or boosts for a second and after that shuts down.
Maybe its nothing ,probably can be faulty.
Sold as is like set and no warranty or returns accepeted.
Buy it with your own risk.Dont know what should be the problem
