Mill City Roaster's North 3k Gas Coffee Roaster with maual control variable drum speed and airflow.
We are selling this 2017 model, used drum roaster for only ,900, OBO, well below the current sale price of k new. We have used this roaster consistently, 3-5 days a week for the last 4 years to produce 5lb batches of roasted coffee. Maintained lovingly and being sold only because we have outgrown this smaller unit and are working on a larger roaster. Comes with a large portion of the necessary HVAC as well as roaster tools we have used over the years including brushes for cleaning and extra bolts/screws/tapes.
Bright red, chrome and black, this machine has been the center piece of our roastery and offers consistent, even roasts with integrated USB Data Logging software thru the Phidget Sensors, which log roast data, fan speed, drum pressure, bean temperature, environmental temperature, and drum temperature for more accurate control and profile adjustments.
Great roaster for a start up or small batch roaster, or a local coffee shop looking to add their own locally roasted coffee to their menu.
